Thinking About Why I Think So Much.

"Whenever he was en route from one place to another, he was able to look at his life with a little more objectivity than usual.  It was often on trips that he though most clearly, and made the decisions that he could not reach when he was stationary."
All this talk of time is freaking me out.  I'm so busy planning, and preparing for the future I don't have time to enjoy the present.  Cliche I know but this is what happens when you spend 12 hours on a bus in one weekend.

Saw some old friends. Got some old film developed. Went to see Demitri Martin with my oldest friend.

College isn't the best years of my life. At least not yet.  When College incorporates mental health days spent watching Clarissa Explains It All, Alex Mac, Hey Arnold, Doug, and Pete & Pete, and not having to come up with possible life plans, then maybe.

Ahh, nostalgia.

"sleeping in the spare room
that used to be my bedroom
even though I'm home now
I feel completely homeless
sometimes I don't want to make new friends
sometimes I just miss my old friends
I never feel better after I cry
I spent 6 months of my life just wanting to die
I'm learning how to be alone without be lonely
learning how to be lonely without losing my mind"

-it's a quote from a song, but it as good as mine-
